i've created a monster...


 The monster cake. not monster by looks - monster by size. this fella is 17kgs of ridiculousness. Think chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate mousse and a salted caramel drizzle. then... home made gold plated almonda rocka placed around the outside and handmade fondant topper. final size was over 45cm wide. could barely fit it in my fridge! this was made for my son's preschool fundraiser and to celebrate 100 yrs of Northbridge, Sydney.
