A special order pink puppy cake for a very special girl called primrose on her 1st birthday. This cake was so much fun to make! inside was multi colour polka dot, marshmallow flavoured pink fondant and completed with a candy collar.

i've created a monster...
The
monster cake. not monster by looks - monster by size. this fella is
17kgs of ridiculousness. Think chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate
mousse and a salted caramel drizzle. then... home made gold plated
almonda rocka placed around the outside and handmade fondant topper.
final size was over 45cm wide. could barely fit it in my fridge! this
was made for my son's preschool fundraiser and to celebrate 100 yrs of
Northbridge, Sydney.

a cake coco would be proud of...
I can't believe this cake is finally finished. this masterpiece has been at least 4 months in the making. i spent hours trying to create the perfect gardenia flower for this very special 60th birthday cake... and i am so happy with the result. the dark navy fondant and jewelled trimmings create a very coco chanel feel. j'adore!.

peppa pig and her piglets...
A special daycare delivery for a special birthday girl. a big delivery of peppa piglets mini cupcakes and an extra special large 3D peppa pig cupcake for the lucky lady. These were gobbled up in an instant! oink oink.
return of the cave man...
so it was my brothers birthday last week and due to his new found love of the paleo diet (he loves that he can simply eat meat ALL the time now) and the large amount of facial hair he's been recently sporting to match his beloved eating habits, i decided the only cake fitting as a cave man - however sorry bro, this one has carbs - lots of them. after a quick google search i found this fella below.
here he is coming along in fondant form...
the finished product...
and the cave man himself with his best mate skip, who also at times, may be described as a cave man minus a beard. happy bday matt!
